Creating Records on your iPad when Filling out Forms

Whenever you fill out a form, a record is created and stored in the database.  The record gets named based on the field on the form that has been selected as the primary field.  It’s usually the first text field created but can be changed by selecting the “Tools” icon when editing the form.  A list of fields on the form will be displayed and you can drag to the top whichever field you want to be the primary field.
